Avengers Endgame TRAILER: Peggy Carter’s voice teases big RETURN?

The brand new trailer featured some familiar voices including Iron Man. But just who was the British female voice after Tony Stark had finished speaking? She may not be an Avenger but it was Captain America’s old flame, Peggy Carter. Played by Hayley Atwell, the British agent died of old age during the events of Captain America: Civil War.

Over footage of Steve Rogers, Peggy can be heard saying: “The world has changed. None of us can go back.

“All we can do is our best and sometimes the best we can do is to start over.”

Marvel fans will remember this as a line from Captain America: The Winter Soldier when Peggy is on her death bed and being visited by Steve.

While this advice will no doubt enliven Cap for the big fight back in Avengers Endgame – he had a picture of Peggy in the first teaser – we’re pretty certain she’s going to be making a big comeback.
