Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, were wed in a beautiful ceremony in Windsor today, and fans of the actress and royals now know what the actress wore for her big day.

There was no maid of honour in Meghan’s bridal party, so she didn’t have to choose between her best girlfriends.

So who were her bridesmaids, who were the page boys, and what did they all wear for what has been dubbed the biggest event of the year?

Kensington Palace announced on May 16 the full list of bridesmaids and page boys, who were all children

As well as Princess Charlotte, the bridesmaids included Meghan’s seven-year-old twin goddaughters Ryan Litt and Remi Litt.

Harry’s goddaughters, three-year-old Florence van Cutsem and two-year-old Zalie Warren, were also bridesmaids, along with Ivy Mulroney, the four-year-old daughter of Meghan’s best friend Jessica Mulroney.

Ivy’s twin brothers, seven-year-old Brian and John Mulroney, were page boys, alongside Prince George and Harry’s godson Jasper Dyer, six.

Clare Waight Keller, who designed Meghan’s wedding dress, also designed the six young Bridesmaids’ dresses in the Givenchy Haute Couture Atelier in Paris.

According to the Royal website, the dresses were designed to have the same timeless purity as Ms Markle’s dress.

Each dress was sculpted in ivory silk Radzimir, and was high-waisted with short puff sleeves and hand finished with a double silk ribbon detail tied at the back in a bow.

The dresses included pockets and pleated skirts to create a relaxed and luxurious silhouette.

Their shoes were white leather Aquazurra shoes, and each pair was monogrammed with the bridesmaids’ initials, as well as the wedding date. The shoes were a gift from Meghan as a keepsake of the special day.

Each of the bridesmaids looks were completed with flower crowns, designed by florist Philippa Craddock and selected by Prince Harry.

When it came to the page boys outfits, they wore miniature versions of the Blues and Royals frockcoat. The uniform was similar to that worn by the Blues and Royals – an old regiment of The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry also wore their Blues and frockcoats for the wedding day.

The uniforms were cut and made by the tails Dege & Skinner in Savile Row, made from blue doeskin, and were adorned with the page boys’ initials in gold on the shoulder straps.

Meghan’s dress, by Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy, focused on the graphic open bateau neckline which gracefully framed her shoulders and emphasised her slender sculpted waist.

What caught many people’s attention on the day was the tiara she wore.

Many speculated Meghan was wearing the Queen Mary’s Lozenge Bandeau

One Twitter user wrote: “Meghan is wearing Queen Mary’s tiara, they say.”
