Breaking Bad movie: ‘I was left SPEECHLESS after reading El Camino script’ says Aaron Paul
It’s finally happening, the Breaking Bad movie arrives in just over a month. Set directly after the events of series finale Felina, the Netflix film follows Aaron Paul’s Jesse after his great escape. El Camino’s synopsis reads: “In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.” Much of the film’s plot remains a mystery, but the 40-year-old actor has admitted he was left speechless after reading the script.
According to The New York Times, Paul said: “I couldn’t speak for a good 30, 60 seconds.
“I was just lost in my thoughts.
“As the guy who played the guy, I was so happy that Vince wanted to take me on this journey.”
But will Bryan Cranston’s Walter White or other familiar Breaking Bad characters be back?
Speaking with CNN in 2014, Cranston was asked if Walt was really gone.
The star said: “I don’t know. You never saw bags zip up or anything.”
Cranston was then pressed on if Walt would be back for a Breaking Bad movie or series revival.
The star said: “Never say never.”
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie streams on Netflix on October 11, 2019.
