Mexico earthquake tsunami WARNING: video shows waters receding sparking surge panic
Video footage from the Mexican region of Chiapas appears to show sea water receding, which can often precede a tsunami, as the country remains at high alert after the 8.1 magnitude earthquake.
The video shared by news service Alerta Chiapas purports to show waters receding. This comes after a warning were issued for Mexico and many other Latin American countries on the Pacific coast.
