Movies coming to Netflix June 2020: What movies are coming to Netflix in June?
This month sees Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods arriving on the platform, his latest film since his smash hit Blackkklansman.
The new movie stars Black Panther’s Chadwick Boseman and Paul Walter Hauser of Richard Jewell and BlacKkKlansman fame.
Along with this, classic movies such as Dante’s Peak, starring Pierce Brosnan, and the second Mamma Mia! movie is also coming to the platform.
Here are our picks of some of the best films arriving on Netflix this June.
Armour of God – arriving June 1
This movie is a Jackie Chan classic which sees the star head off on an adventure to find a mysterious treasure.
The film was the highest grossing film in Hong Kong at the time, and was followed up by two sequels, with the latter, Chinese Zodiac, being released in 2012.
Dante’s Peak – arriving June 1
Pierce Brosnan stars in an action thriller surrounding the eruption of a huge volcano.
Brosnan stars as a geologist, who must try and escape the volcanic eruption with his lover, in a movie which gained a cult following despite lackluster reviews.
The Addams Family arriving June 2
This is a new animation featuring the strangely Goth characters we all know and love.
The stellar voice cast for this film includes Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Finn Wolfhard and Snoop Dogg as the family’s Cousin Itt.
Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom
The second in the new trilogy of Jurassic Park movies see Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return to the island where dinosaurs roam.
Given there will be a third movie coming soon, which reunites the original trio of Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill, this is the perfect time for a catch up on what takes place in the Jurassic World franchise.
