Those with Sky TV have likely already realised Disney Plus is now integrated with their Sky Q box. However, Virgin Media customers have no such luck as there is no Disney Plus integration for them.

Can you watch Disney Plus on Virgin Media?

Virgin Media users can still sign up for Disney Plus for £59.99 for an annual subscription or £5.99 a month.

The new streaming service will offer access to those customers with compatible TVs.

However, Disney Plus will not be integrated with your Virgin Media account.

You can use the online hub on your phone while out and about or separately on Smart TVs and other devices.

Disney Plus shows are downloadable for 30 days to watch later on Android phones and tablets, iPhones, iPads and Amazon Fire Tablets.

What is Disney Plus?

The eagerly-anticipated Disney Plus launched in the UK on March 24, 2020.

Disney Plus is the dedicated streaming service for films and TV shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and more.

The service is fast becoming Netflix and Amazon Prime Video’s biggest rival, due to an enviable back catalogue of Disney films and an amazing supply of family favourites.

Much like Netflix and Prime Video, Disney Plus is also producing exclusive films and TV shows.

How to troubleshoot Disney Plus video playback issues:

Restart your Disney+ app: Fully exit Disney Plus and another all other apps or programs running in the background on your streaming device. Then try opening Disney+ again.

Power-off your device: Turn off your device and the modem and router, if applicable). Then restart the device and re-open your Disney Plus app.

Check your Internet connection: Take a speed test on your device and compare the results with your recommended connection speeds.

Test other apps on your device: Those with similar issues with other apps, may be caused by poor connectivity. Contact your Internet Service Provider for more information on how to improve your connection.

How many logins can you have on Disney Plus?

Each Disney Plus account can as many as seven different profiles set up.

However, you can only stream on four different devices concurrently.

Disney Plus is supported by numerous devices, from phones, tablets, computers, consoles, certain TVs and streaming media boxes.

The service offers users the luxury of unlimited downloads on up to 10 different devices, in addition to providing personalised recommendations for each one.
