Golden Globes 2020: Brad Pitt shares shock Quentin Tarantino secret 'He was NOT happy'
Tonight’s 77th Golden Globes Awards ceremony aired with a star-studded collection of Hollywood actors and actresses. Up for the big awards was Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, which starred Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Leonardo DiCaprio. Legendary director Quentin Tarantino was given the accolade for Best Screenplay, and the Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs director was thrilled with the win.
Ahead of the moment however, Ad Astra actor Brad Pitt spoke about the filmmaker had been so effected by one of his previous scripts being leaked, he took a very different approach this time around with Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
“There’s something special about reading a Quentin Tarantino script for the first time isn’t there, doesn’t he bring you over and lock you in?” E! News presenter Ryan Seacrest began.
Chatting on the red carpet, Pitt shared: Well since The Hateful 8 was leaked, which he was not happy about, now the protocol is you go to him.
“There’s only one script printed and every actor in the running will go over to his house, he’ll talk to you about it for about an hour.

“You’ll then go back and sit on his porch,” the star continued.
“He comes and checks on you about half way through, makes you an ice tea, he’s a good host!” Pitt laughed.
Asked why he would choose this film when he could “make anything” he wants, Pitt’s answer was immediate.
“His films make such a mark you know,” the actor went on. “It’s gonna be something special.
“And to see and know Quentin’s love for the industry, this city, to… yeah it’s good stuff.”
The star nodded emphatically, excited for what the evening would bring.
