James Bond 25: Daniel Craig resumes filming in Central London following ankle injury WATCH

Back in May, Daniel Craig was forced to have minor ankle surgery following an injury he sustained shooting James Bond 25 in Jamaica. While the 007 production saw some filming delays, the 51-year-old is now back on set. Craig was spotted shooting scenes for the new Bond movie in Central London on Sunday, specifically on Whitehall. Set photos were shared through the official Bond social media accounts, which included the Household Cavalry riding along Pall Mall and Craig posing with soldiers at what appears to be Horse Guards Parade.

According to the official plot synopsis, CIA agent Felix Leiter – last seen in Quantum of Solace – has sought Bond out in retirement in Jamaica, to get help on a new mission.

The official plot summary for Bond 25 reads: “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica.

“His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help.

“The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”
