Kate Middleton and William 'more intense' than wedding as they prepare for roles on throne
She told Express.co.uk: “William and Kate’s body language together provides echoes of their signals of love that we saw at their wedding.
“It is almost as though time, royal crises and the birth of three adorable children has had no effect on their bonds as a couple.”
The expert suggested they show their bond may have become more “intense”, with Prince William appearing to be more comfortable displaying this publicly.
“The only subtle change is in the signals of intense admiration that William now shows openly as he gazes at his wife,” Judi continued.
“This could reflect the way she has stepped up recently to show herself as a source of strength and mediation in the royal Firm.
“Their torso closeness and their touch rituals look relaxed and unforced.
“The way that Kate uses a sweet clinging gesture to hold her husband’s fingers as he holds tightly onto her leg suggests their bonds of togetherness and support are mutual.”
This could also show the royals are on the same page as they prepare for their future roles as King and Queen Consort.
“Especially recently when Kate’s laughter has clearly been important for William at a time when he could be feeling under added pressure.
“The pose with Kate’s dimpled smile shows they move closer to share a laugh.
“This suggests perfect team behaviour as well as a strong love match.
“As the Queen and Prince Philip showed with her body language signals over the years, the ability to amuse one another and laugh together is a vital facet of a strong royal marriage.”
The royal line of succession – who outranks who?
The line of succession to the British throne dictates the order in which each member of the Royal Family would ascend to the throne.
It is also seen as a ranking of importance with the head of the line, the Queen, taking the place of ruler.
Older children come before younger children. Traditionally boys came before girls, but this law was changed on 26 March 2015 before the birth of Prince William’s first child.
Incredibly, Catholics are still excluded from the line of succession, as are children born outside of wedlock.
The royals, who usually stick to a strict protocol when appearing in public, often arrive at events in ascending order of importance, with the most important royal arriving last.
Prince Charles, 72, is currently first-in-line to the British throne, followed by Prince William, 38, his oldest son.
Then comes Prince William’s children, George, seven, Charlotte, five, and Louis, two, and they are followed by Prince Harry, 36. Prince Harry is succeeded by his son Archie Harrison, born in May 2019.
