Kate Middleton, 36, waved to well-wishers as she arrived at the Royal Society of Medicine in London today.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked radiant in a beautiful Spring green coat and matching dress as she made her way into the event on the day of the Spring equinox.

Pregnant Kate will host a symposium of leading academics and charities championing early intervention into the lives of children.

As patron of Place2Be charity, the stylish royal has been visits schools across the UK that are focusing on mental and emotional health – supporting children aged 4-14 with complex social issues.

The Duchess who is eight months pregnant with her third child shows no signs of stopping and was pictured braving the snow at the weekend to attend the St Patrick’s Day parade of Irish Guards at the Household Cavalry Barracks.
