Royal blunder: Expert reveals how Buckingham Palace FAILED – ‘Could’ve done more'

Prince Harry and William have both reportedly fallen out since the former started his relationship with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. Moreover, Meghan and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge have supposedly also not seen eye to eye of late. Speaking on Yahoo UK’s the Royal Box, PR expert Nick Ede argued “much more” could’ve been to end the speculation of a royal rift.

Mr Ede said: “They could have killed these stories pretty quickly and they could have made it much, much sharper, even just getting them all out together on some kind of event and having them all out together laughing and smiling.

“But they didn’t do it.”

Tensions between Harry and William have been simmering as a result of the supposed rift between their two wives.

Moreover, William had reportedly become concerned that Harry and Meghan’s relationship had moved too quickly much to Harry’s displeasure.

The two couples have only been seen at one charity engagement together as a foursome – The Royal Foundation Forum in February 2018.

More recently, Harry and Kate both attended the ANZAC Day Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey.

Speaking on why the Palace did not do more to stop speculation of a feud, royal editor Robert Jobson said: ‘I think the principals at that time wouldn’t have done it.

“There was something to the story, that’s the point.”

Away from the rift rumours, Meghan has been unseen over the last few weeks as she prepares for the birth of her first child.

The royal was scheduled to have her baby last month as speculation has increased as to whether she may have already given birth away from media attention.

In order to do, Meghan and Harry had moved to their Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, away from their previous residence of Kensington Palace.

The rumours of a rift between the four royals have so far been unproven and according to the Mirror, the two couples reportedly had tea and chatted for half an hour.
