Darth Maul famously lost his epic fight with Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) in The Phantom Menace, tumbling in two parts down an open shaft, ostensibly to his end.

But 2018’s Solo: A Star Wars Story later brought the incredible Star Wars villain back again in a hologram.

A surprise to fans of the movies who aren’t up to date on the rest of the canon, books, comics and series, Maul, as he is now known as, having ditched his Sith epithet, was seen sporting cybernetic legs in place of the ones he lost on Naboo.

So, could Snoke still be alive thanks to the same logic by which which Maul survived?
