Avengers 4: Another survivor of Thanos’ Infinity War Snap CONFIRMED? He’s ‘indestructible’

Thanos collected all six Infinity Stones in the Marvel blockbuster and was able to kill off half of all living things across the universe with a click of his fingers.

Now, as filming wraps on the as-yet-untitled sequel Avengers 4, another MCU face has answered a question many of the studio’s actors are being asked: did you survive?

This time it’s David Dastmalchian, who plays Scott Lang’s pal Kurt in Ant-Man and the Wasp.

“I did [survive], yeah,” he told Collider.

“This is the funny thing, I don’t understand how people don’t get that. Kurt’s hair is the most indestructible thing.

“Eff Thor’s hammer, eff the shield, eff the freaking gauntlet.

“There’s a pile of dust, and there’s still the hair.”

He added: “If Kurt and Thanos went at it, I would win for sure.”

It seems, however, that he may have only been kidding – as he said the official answer to the all-important question of his survival is being kept under wraps.

“That’s one of the things that I was told that I can’t talk about,” he said.

It’s not clear if he’ll be seen in Avengers 4 in any capacity, but his Ant-Man and the Wasp co-stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michelle Pfeiffer and Michael Douglas will.

Ant-Man and the Wasp did see a number of that movie’s characters being taken by the Snap – namely those played by Lilly, Pfeiffer and Douglas.

Rudd’s Scott Lang, however, was trapped in the Quantum Realm – an element of the Marvel universe that is expected to be explored further in Avengers 4.

A first trailer for the movie is thought to currently be undergoing processing for IMAX, indicating its release isn’t too far away.

The film’s title is heavily rumoured to be Avengers: Annihilation, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Avengers 4 is out on April 26, 2019 in the UK.
