Star Wars 9 LEAK? ‘Luke’s lightsaber duel with a SITH Force ghost’

He may have died at the end of The Last Jedi, but Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker is returning for Star Wars Episode IX.

Presumably, he’ll be back as a Force ghost to advise Rey, just like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda.

And now Star Wars theorist Mike Zeroh, who claims he has sources, has shared an alleged description of a scene between Luke and a Sith Force ghost.

The following should be taken with a grain of salt, seeing as its unconfirmed.

In a new YouTube video, Zeroh says: “A description of Luke Skywalker inside of a hut, that leads to a tunnel.

“This may or may not be Ahch-To. Luke is holding an ignited green lightsaber.

“Behind Luke stands a black figure with red hues, wielding a red lightsaber

“It appears to be wearing a robe and a hood over its head. Luke turning around and looking at the figure.”

He continued: “The figure comes closer to Luke to the point where Luke takes a strike at the figure, only for it to vanish and reappear in back of him again.

“The figure draws itself closer to Luke, takes a swing with its lightsaber at Luke before it crumbles to the ground into nothing.”

Of course, it’s not made clear if this is a flashback or when Luke is also a Force ghost.

But what’s more striking is the idea of a Sith Force ghost. After all, in order to become a Force ghost, it’s believed among Star Wars fans you cannot have foul intentions.

Nevertheless, concept art from The Last Jedi exists of a Sith ghost visiting Luke on Ahch-To.

Zeroh argues such a being could be seeking Luke because he has a red kyber crystal.

And an official Star Wars book has confirmed it is from the Old Republic, so perhaps it has some sort of connection to the ancient Sith.

Star Wars: Episode IX will be released in UK cinemas on December 19, 2019.
