Avengers 4 release SHOCK: Will Avengers 4 trailer be released THIS WEEK?

And even those directly involved in the movie have got involved in the rumour mill.

Studio head Kevin Feige previously said the trailer would arrive before the end of 2018 but co-director Joe Russo later said it might not land until 2019.

The Russo Brothers are taking part in a Q&A screening of Marvel’s Avengers Infinity War tomorrow evening in Hollywood, so fans are sure the release date for the trailer is just around the corner.

However, MCU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad is having doubts the Avengers 4 trailer will arrive this week at all.

Yesterday he tweeted: “Don’t get too hyped up for an Avengers 4 trailer this week.

“If it happens, that’s great, but as of right now (Monday afternoon) it’s starting to sound doubtful. 

“Fingers crossed that things change and they surprise everyone.”

Marvel India teased fans on Twitter today, with a now-deleted tweet.

The page which tweets under the handle @Marvel_India posted “Here is the Avengers 4……character named Thor” complete with a video of Thor. 

Avengers 4 marks the end of the first 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, paving the way for the next decade of films.

For directors the Russo Brothers, they aren’t imagining what comes next.

Instead, the brothers are focused on who dies and who makes it to those future films.

Russo told Vanity Fair: “We’re not participating in any thought whatsoever about what happens after these movies.

“So we know who we’re allowed to kill, and that’s about it. 

“I don’t even think Marvel had any ideas about where they would go after [Avengers 3 and 4]. 

“It’s not an end for all of these characters; it’s an end for some of these characters. 

“So some of these characters will go on. So it’s more complicated, that’s why it’s not a clean ending.”

Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on April 26, 2019.
