Meghan Markle joins Prince Harry for Pippa Middleton’s wedding reception
The actress left fans fretting she would not turn up to the event after Prince Harry was spotted alone during much of the special day.
But Ms Markle made her way to the reception just in time to witness the awe-inspiring flyover of a World War Two Spitfire, which performed stunning aerobatic feats above the lavish event.
The royal love interest, who appears to have been driven to the event by her regal partner, was later seen socialising in a modest long black dress along with a white jacket and sunglasses.
Their appearance together will cement hopes the young Prince has found his match after confirming he was in a relationship with the Suits starlet last November.
It follows reports last month the ceremony would only be attended by the very close family of Pippa Middleton and financier husband James Matthews.
The gorgeous bride, who stole the show at her sibling’s royal wedding, was offered plenty of support on the big day from her older sister.
The Duchess of Cambridge acted as Pippa’s right-hand woman at the ceremony, which was also attended by royal pageboy Prince George and bridesmaid Princess Charlotte.
Dressed in a stunning high-neck cap sleeve silk and lace gown by British designer Giles Deacon, the 33-year-old bride stunned attendees at St Mark’s Church, Englefield, Berkshire.
However the little royal helpers did prove a bit of a distraction, at one point prompting Kate to “shush” them as they readied themselves to walk down the aisle.
Prince George appeared to receive a mild scolding from his mother after throwing a little tantrum and crying at the wedding.
The young Royal looked glum as he scattered confetti but video footage has emerged of the three-year-old seemingly standing on Pippa’s dress, provoking a strong reaction from his mum.
He can be seen turning his confetti basket upside down and walking away from the other children before potentially stepping on the bride’s flowing gown.
To make matters worse, HRH Duchess of Cambridge had just spent several minutes making sure the dress looked perfect for the cameras.
Meanwhile Spencer Matthews, who made his name on reality show Made in Chelsea, was there from the beginning to cheer his brother on as best man.
The Londoner grinned as he chatted with Prince William and Prince Harry outside of the ceremony before reading a passage from the Paulo Coelho novel, The Alchemist.
