Star Wars celebration: ‘Will of the Force LEAKED’ as Episode 9 TITLE to be revealed TODAY?

Today is perhaps one of the most anticipated days in the 2019 Star Wars Celebration. The celebration spans five days, but today at 5pm BST is the Episode 9 panel featuring director JJ Abrams and Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy. Fans are expecting both the title and a trailer to be released during the panel.

Will the title be revealed to be Will of the Force?

Andrew Reiner of Game Reformer today tweeted a Star Wars title leak that has fans reeling.

He wrote: “Latest rumour from Star Wars Celebration: Episode 9 is supposedly called Will of the Force.”

One fan was quick to debunk the rumour and replied: “It can’t be. They can’t use the word Force twice.”

But another user pointed out the word Jedi has been used twice as well.

Whatever the title will be, fans are expecting it to be confirmed today at the Episode 9 panel.

Plenty of rumours abound over the Star Wars Episode 9 title.

From A Spark of Hope to Skywalkers, the speculative names run the gamut of possibility.

Variety reporter Justin Kroll responded to a post on Twitter about the Episode 9 panel, and said: “I really HOPE they reveal the title.”

After this, a podcaster replied saying he wants a trailer and a title reveal, Kroll added: “I just HOPE both happen for you and @RobbieBarstool [colleague].”

This tweet has been taken as a hint the word “hope” appears somewhere the Episode 9 title.

Other rumours prior to Kroll’s tweet have suggested the word Hope will be included.

Spark Of Hope has been touted as one possibility, for example as it featured in The Last Jedi’s title crawl, much like The Last Jedi was in The Force Awakens’ title crawl.
