Kate Middleton, 37, and Prince William, 36, attended an Easter service in St George’s Chapel in Windsor this morning. The parents of three were joined by other leading members of the Royal Family for the annual celebration. The Duchess of Cambridge once again showcased her sartorial style for the occasion. Kate opted for a pale blue ensemble, both chic and demure enough for the religious service.

She wore the knee-length, pale blue coat dress fastened across the front – a matching, slightly shorter dress just visible underneath.

The fitted coat dress featured a high collar which dipped into a V-shape at her collarbone.

On the left side of the number, she wore her sparkling Oak Leaf Brooch, which she first debuted in 2012 and wore again on Christmas Day 2015.

According to blog The Court Jeweller: “The oak leaf symbolism is tied with her Middleton family heritage, and oak leaf and acorn designs have often featured in her jewellery.”

In keeping with the theme, Kate also wore the diamond oak leaf and acorn earrings she wore at her wedding in April 2011.

The earrings – designed by Robinson Pelham – were commissioned by her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, as a wedding present.

On her hand, as ever, sparkled her 12-carat sapphire engagement ring from William.

Kate boasted a pale grey/blue headpiece which fell across her forehead and featured an oversized bow.

On her feet, the Duchess went for beige suede heels, elongating her slim frame.

Kate kept her legs nude for the occasion, befitting the warm Spring weather.

Her stylish look was completed with a slim, pale grey clutch bag which she held in her hand.

Prince William, photographed by her side, wore a classic suit with a white shirt and blue patterned tie.

The couple were snapped laughing in the sunshine outside the Windsor chapel.

Also present were William’s brother Prince Harry and Princess Anne, Anne’s son Peter Phillips and his wife Autumn.

Prince Harry attended the service without his wife Meghan Markle who is expecting their first child this month.

Kensington Palace has remained vague over the little Sussex’s due date but some have speculated the birth could be imminent.

If Harry and Meghan’s baby arrived today, they would share their birthday with the Queen herself, who turns 93.
