The HEARTWARMING reason Kate Middleton and William HAVEN’T met Meghan Markle’s baby

The couple have been so busy they have been unable to meet the new arrival, but also wanted to let things calm down so they can enjoy some time with the baby before showing him off. During a visit to the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said they would go to Frogmore Cottage in the coming days so Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis can meet their new cousin. William said: “Obviously thrilled, absolutely thrilled, and obviously looking forward to seeing them in the next few days when things have quietened down.

“I’m very pleased and glad to welcome my own brother into the sleep deprivation society that is parenting.”

According to the Daily Mirror, Kate also confirmed that they still haven’t been told if Harry and Meghan have a name for the tot.

She added: “As William said, we’re looking forward to meeting him and finding out what his name’s going to be so so it’s really exciting for both of them and we wish them all the best.

“These next few weeks are always a bit daunting the first time round so we wish them all the best.”

The world went into meltdown on Monday after news of the baby broke in the morning.

People from across the planet rushed to congratulate the popular pair.

Prince Charles also sent his message of goodwill.

He and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, are currently on a trip to visit Berlin.

But he added: “We couldn’t be more delighted at the news and we’re looking forward to meeting the baby when we return.”

Meghan and Harry will pose for photos with their newborn at their home in Frogmore Cottage.

The photos are expected to be published today.

Prince Harry will continue his plans to travel to Amsterdam and The Hague this week to launch the Invictus Games.
