Aladdin end credits scene: Don’t miss THIS special moment after Disney live-action remake

Is there an end credits scene on Aladdin?

Not as such, but there is an extra special treat that’ll be hard to miss.

As soon as the film’s main tale ends, there’s a brilliant musical number, in which Smith, Massoud and Scott all showcase some incredible performance skills.

From beat boxing to incredibly fast-paced dancing, it closes the film on a real high note before the main credits begin to roll.

The other musical numbers in the film have been criticised for feeling flat, but no such accusation will be aimed at this tag scene.

In a recent interview, Ritchie spoke about how he struck a balance between honouring the original animation and putting his own stamp on things.

“There’s a sweet spot there, I think,” he told io9.

“That sweet spot is you want your nostalgia to be stroked, [and] simultaneously, there needs to be embellishments and additions, but they need to feel fresh and worth it.

“Otherwise, that familiar experience can taste rather bitter.”

He added: “Once you’re in and you buy into the frequency of how it is that we’re going to tell that story, then you’re receptive to new ideas and minor jaunts off the well-trodden path.

“It needs to feel fresh, right? You don’t want to just watch it frame for frame.

“But what you do need is to know that it’s essentially, actually more than essentially, loyal to the original.”

Fast-paced sequences like this are a wonderful addition.
