BGT 2019: Pregnant Alesha Dixon in 'glowing' look as Amanda Holden gives style insight

The countdown to the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2019 is on, with the live semi-finals taking place over the course of this week. Each night, fans of the show can tune into ITV, to see how this year’s contestants fare in the talent contest. Judges Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, and David Walliams will also be watching the performances, and sharing their verdict with the world. Amid tonight’s live instalment, Alesha and Amanda both took to Instagram to share a sneak peek of their latest looks.

While it’s their years of judging expertise which most fans would be concentrating on, some may consider the BGT regulars as style icons.

And, it certainly seemed as though many of their fans on social media were interested in getting a glimpse of their style choices.

Amanda, 48, wore a blue floor length gown which featured a thigh high slit, which is a gown by British couture brand Jennifer Clair.

It also had a slashed design at the bust, with the bodice featuring a one-shouldered cut.

The actor and presenter teamed the look with a pair of silver metallic high heels by Gianvito Rossi, which had straps at both her toes and ankles.

She also wore statement jewels from Asprey London.

Sharing a snap with her 1.1 million Instagram followers, she wrote: “BGT LIVE Semi-Final round 2. After a certain act last night (and getting through 2 pairs of pants) I could do with a bit of laughter tonight please.

“Hope you enjoy, 7.30pm on @ITV #BGT.”

Upon seeing the capture, one Instagram user commented: “I love the colour.”

Another penned: “You’re a total goddess @noholdenback.”

“You are so beautiful and you are my inspiration,” exclaimed a third.

Meanwhile, Alesha, 40, opted for a sparkling beaded garment by Michael Costello, which had a V-neck cut and hugged her growing baby bump.

Having shared a capture on Instagram, one delighted fan wrote: “aHh you’re literally glowing!! so gorgeous.”(sic)

“You and that bump tho #minidixon,” another admirer told the star.

Fellow judge David, 47, stepped out in a brown suit for the occasion.

At the end of the judging panel sat Simon, 59, who was dressed in his typical white shirt.

Keeping to the plunging theme also sported by Alesha and Amanda, the music mogul opted to wear a number of his buttons undone.

In last night’s episode, it was revealed that Alesha is pregnant with her second child – via an exciting announcement made by show hosts Ant and Dec (Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly).

Elsewhere on Britain’s Got Talent this week, Simon Cowell has spoken about his weight loss.

In an interview with The Sun, the music mogul explained he had ditched four different foods in order to slim.

As well as reducing the amount of cigarettes he consumed, the 59-year-old has adopted the principles of veganism.
