Royal Ascot 2019: The Queen looks lovely in lilac as she’s joined by Queen Maxima

The Queen has a huge selection of bright coloured suits, which she wears on her many public outings. According to her daughter-in-law Sophie, Countess of Wessex, the Queen sports bright hues to ensure members of the public don’t miss her when she’s out. And she looked lovely in lilac as she arrived at at Royal Ascot 2019. Worn over a floral blouse, she teamed the two-piece outfit with a matching hat, which was adorned with roses, a pearl necklace and matching pearl studs. She was joined by Queen Maxima of Netherlands, who also looked stylish in a blush pink gown.
