In the extended edition of Spider-Man: Far From Home, a four-minute action sequence will be added, which was apparently removed because it slowed down the start of the film.

According to Cinemablend, the scene was teased in one of the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailers, so may be familiar to die-hard fans.

Some are suggesting the scene will include Peter Parker fighting off some armed criminals in a restaurant wearing the Iron Spider suit.

However, Variety has said the extended scene is “never-before-seen,” so fans will have to head to the cinema to catch the extra four minutes.

Where is the extended edition of Spider-Man: Far From Home screening?

Sadly, the extended edition is only being released in the USA and Canada, so if you’re remaining the UK, you may have to wait until the film comes out on DVD before you can watch it.

The DVD is likely to be released later this year, hopefully in time for Christmas so fans can add it to their wishlists.

However, it has been confirmed that Spider-Man: Far From Home will not be released on the new Disney+ app, as the franchise is owned by Sony Pictures, meaning it could end up on Amazon Prime or Netflix, as with Spider-Man: Homecoming.
