Avengers Endgame shock: THIS Iron Man and Bucky scene was CUT – ‘We really needed it’

Avengers Endgame tied up many loose ends from the last decade of MCU movies. However, something that wasn’t really resolved was the conflict at the end of Captain America Civil War. In the thrilling third act, Iron Man discovered that Bucky had murdered his parents. 

Of course, this was against The Winter Soldier’s will, so Captain America defended his friend, while Tony Stark sought revenge.

Civil War left Iron Man and Cap’s relationship split, just in time for Avengers Infinity War, in which Bucky died in Thanos’ Snap.

Of course, there was a brief allusion to their conflict at the start of Avengers Endgame.

However, five years later just after Bucky was resurrected, Iron Man sacrificed himself to save the universe, so the two never had that moment of reconciliation.

They added: “Not just the location but how would a 3D hologram make eye contact with a human.

“How would Tony know the locations before recording?

“According to science, it isn’t possible for a pre-recorded message to be like this.

“What if? It was Tony’s A.I.? Backed up in his helmet?”
