Ferrari launch Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel 2020 F1 car for Lewis Hamilton battle
Ferrari officially kicked off launch week in one of the most grandeur car reveals in F1 history. The famous Formula One team opted to host their car launch at the historic Romolo Valli Municipal Theatre, in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia.
Spectators were packed into the arena to see the first official car launch of the new season and were treated to a spectacular musical show to start the evening.
Ferrari CEO Louis Camilleri was then brought on stage as he addressed the crowd before another musical break with Team Principal Mattia Binotto then addressing the crowd, talking about Ferrari’s history in the sport while he also revealed work for the 2021 car had already begun.
The 30-minute long intro was eventually over with the car eventually being revealed as the doors pulled away to show the new-look SF1000.
At first look the car isn’t much different to the 2019 SF90 with it’s trademark red paint and the prominent sponsors.

Mission Winnow remains the branding on both the front and rear wings, nose and engine cover and Ferrari have opted to stick with the black print.
Both Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc were in attendance for the grand reveal and the four-time world champion was clearly delighted with what he has seen and heard about the engine package so far.
“I like it a lot,” Vettel said.
“We had the opportunity to see it before and to also have the direct comparison with last year’s car.
“You can really spot the differences, especially when it comes to packaging and the back part of the car.
