James Bond: Daniel Craig to return AGAIN after No Time To Die? Surprising odds revealed
James Bond fans are eager to finally find out who will be playing the iconic role of 007 in the next movie following the news Daniel Craig will be exiting after No Time To Die. However, after previously saying Spectre was his last Bond film, some are convinced the actor might return once again. Despite the star’s insistence this really will be his final outing as Bond, bookies have him pretty high up on the list of names to play the title character next time around.
A number of big British names are currently battling it out at the bookies to replace Craig.
However, he’s giving most of them a run for their money when it comes to the betting, seeming to have a lot of support from fans.
While Grantchester and McMafia actor James Norton is still in the lead, priced at 2/1, Craig’s name is among the frontrunners and he is priced 5/1 to take the lead in Bond 26.
Richard Madden is second in the race on 3/1, while Outlander star Sam Heughan is priced at 4/1.

Craig is on an equal footing with Tom Hiddleston and is beating the likes of Jack Lowden, Michael Fassbender and Tom Hardy, according to Ladbrokes.
Ladbrokes spokeswoman Jessica O’Reilly told Express.co.uk: “Bond fans would love to see Daniel Craig stay on a little longer as 007.
“He’s well suited for the role and a real housewives’ favourite.
“Arguably some of the names touted to replace him feel a little on the young side to become James Bond,” she noted.
James Bond: Daniel Craig will be appearing in his fifth Bond film No Time To Die later this year
But could Craig really reprise the role yet again, after announcing (for the second time) that this was his final film?
The Bond stalwart has confirmed on multiple occasions that No Time To Die will be his last appearance as the suave spy.
Back in January, he was asked about rumours he could go one more round during an interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
Asked if he was “done” with the character, he replied firmly: “Yes, it’s done.”
Prior to the release of the previous Bond film Spectre back in 2015, Craig told Time Out magazine he couldn’t see himself returning for a fifth movie.

“Now? I’d rather … slash my wrists,” he told the publication, when faced with the prospect of another outing.
“No, not at the moment. Not at all,” he added. “That’s fine. I’m over it at the moment. We’re done. All I want to do it move on.”
At the time, he conceded that would be his view for “at least a year or two”.
It seems, with time, his feelings towards playing the character once more softened, as he’s set to return in No Time To Die later this year.
Craig’s Bond era had been extended by seven months due to the coronavirus outbreak shutting cinema doors around the world.
He will remain the 007 title holder until November following bosses’ decision to delay the release of his fifth and final movie.
The news broke earlier this month when franchise bosses released a statement saying: “MGM, Universal and Bond producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, announced today that after careful consideration and thorough evaluation of the global theatrical marketplace, the release of No Time To Die will be postponed until November 2020.
“The film will be released i the UK on November 12, 2020, with worldwide release dates to follow, including the US launch on November 25, 2020.”
No Time To Die is released in UK cinemas November 12.
