Black Panther release on DVD: When is the Marvel movie out? How to download it

Black Panther was a global sensation and a huge hit with critics, earning an astounding 97 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film told the story of a superhero who fights to save his magical home country Wakanda.

Earning £900 million when it was released in the cinemas earlier this year, Black Panther featured an almost all-black cast.

The title role was played by Chadwick Boseman, and also starred Michael Jordan’s son, Michael Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Letitia Wright and Daniel Kaluuya.

When is Black Panther released?

Black Panther will be available digitally on May 8 through Digital HD and 4k Ultra HD.

Then a week later it will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on May 15 in the US.

In the UK, Black Panther will be released on DVD on June 11.

The DVD closely follows the cinematic release of Avengers: Infinity War on April 26, which sees Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman, Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke and Angela Bassett reprise their roles.

Avengers: Infinity War is already to pre-order via Amazon, iTunes, Zavvi, Microsoft, HMW and more places – both 3D and 4K versions are available.

There will be a single disc and two disc special editions available.

The soundtrack of the movie has already been released, and features tracks from SZA, Kendrick Lamar and the Weeknd.

Marvel Studios has revealed there will be a feature commentary track from director Ryan Coogler, along with deleted scenes, outtakes.

The packages will also include the following extras.
