Which beauty products do you swear by?

I love Elemis Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment.

It’s a light serum that hydrates and makes my eyes feel more alive. My ghd Saharan Gold Air Hairdryer is great, too.

It has three heat settings so the temperature can be controlled and doesn’t get too hot.

I start drying my hair on a low setting and then can turn up the heat once it is nearly dry.

I also use ghd Heat Protect Spray with UV protection.

What are your essential cosmetics?   

Laura Mercier Radiance Primer gives my skin a healthy glow, and I’m a fan of Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer.

It’s the perfect nude lip gloss and looks good on all skin tones! Tom Ford Traceless Foundation Stick is the most expensive product in my make-up bag – it’s amazing – and the cheapest is a Max Factor lipstick or Maybelline Baby Lips lip balm.

Has your beauty routine changed since having children [Rochelle has two daughters – Alaia-Mai and Valentina Raine – with her husband, singer and TV presenter Marvin Humes]?

I think I’m actually taking care of my skin a little bit more than I did before, which is crazy since I have less time.

But when they go to bed I like to make my skin beautiful; I pamper myself just because I’m always so tired.

What’s your hair care routine like?

My hair needs a lot less maintenance these days, and getting ready is much quicker. It’s so nice to wash my hair and just diffuse it using my ghd Air Sharan Gold Hairdryer – it’s quick and easy.

What is your signature fragrance? 

Chloé Eau de Parfum has always been my favourite, and it’s my husband Marvin’s favourite fragrance for me, too.

It’s what I wore on my wedding day, so it reminds me of that.

Do you have any top beauty tips? 

Sleep with a silk pillowcase; it’s great for your skin and your hair.

How do you pamper yourself? 

With a bath – nothing too high maintenance, just a bit of time alone to relax.

How do you stay in shape? 

I do cardio to stay in shape and Pilates regularly to clear my head.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

On Sundays, I have a roast dinner and do nothing else!

Which women do you think are beautiful? 

My idol is Jessica Alba, but I wouldn’t mind looking like Joan Smalls either.
