Queen Letizia visits Dominican Republic days after Royal Wedding snub
Queen Letizia, 45, is on a two day visit to Dominican Republic to support the Spanish cooperation projects.
Despite being a European royal, Letizia was not a guest at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle this weekend. This is because it was not a state occasion.
Stepping out for her second day, the Spanish royal showed off her slim frame in a floral print jumpsuit.
The jumpsuit was navy in colour, and featured large, painterly flowers.
The wide legged trousers blew in the breeze, and the sheer material showed off Letitia’s legs. A co-ordinating tie at the waist highlighted her tiny frame.
The mum-of-two paired the outfit with nude, rope-heeled wedges which tied at the ankle.
Despite the heat, Letizia had a full face of makeup on, matching a smoky eye with berry lipstick.
She wore her hair straight down over her shoulders.
This is the second outfit Letizia has worn today – earlier she looked like a film star in a halter neck dress.
The Queen of Spain met Dominican President Danila Medina and his wife Candida de Montilla for a lunch at the Nacional Palace.
The 5ft 6in beautiful Spanish royal put on an eye popping display, looking drop dead gorgeous in an outfit fit for a Hollywood movie star.
The stylish dress had a halter neck polka dot white dress with a nipped in waist.
It is by designer Carolina Herrera and a similar one costs £2,291 from Farfetch.
Carolina Herrera is a favourite of Queen Letizia’s and she has been pictured numerous times in the Venezuelan designer’s dresses.
Queen Letizia looked decades younger than her true age in the flattering get up.
The glamorous outfit channelled Marilyn Monroe’s iconic white dress in the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch.
The slim royal paired her look with pointed black stiletto heels in a patent material.
The heels are by Spanish designer Magrit and cost €270 (£237).
Letizia’s shoe choice added length to her slim legs, which she wore bare.
She topped off the look with a pair of diamond drop earrings from Spanish jewellery designer Tous.
