Incredibles 2 spoilers: What is Frozone’s fate in Incredibles sequel?

Fans of the Parr family have been waiting long enough for the sequel to the first Incredibles movie.

Incredibles 2 features the return of everyone’s favourite superhero family.

Craig T Nelson, Holly Hunter, and Samuel L Jackson have all reprised their roles as Mr Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone respectively.

The family-friend voiced by Jackson is a fan favourite for his laissez-faire attitude and droll sense of humour so fans were thrilled to see him back in Incredibles 2.

Does Frozone die in Incredibles 2?

Frozen doe snot die in the Incredibles sequel but he comes close to something worse – total mind control.

The main villain in Incredibles 2 is Screenslaver who uses electronic screens to hypnotise their victims.

Because Screenslaver can take over anyone simply by showing them a screen, it makes him harder to catch.

Frozone is the second of the main trio of heroes to fall victim to Screenslaver’s plot.

INCREDIBLES 2 POST CREDITS: DOES INCREDIBLES 2 HAVE POST CREDIT SCENES?

While Frozone is protecting the Parr children, Violet, Dash and baby Jack-Jack, he’s confronted by a team of heroes who are already under Screenslaver’s control.

Frozone does the best to protect the children and continues to fight them off until the very last second.

Frozone, aka Lucius Best, has the ability to make ice out of the humidity in the air.

While this may not seem like the most useful power, Frozone does quite impressive things with it.

Incredibles 2 picks up where the first movie left off, with Superheroes still being forced underground, having to live as their secret identities full time.

Lucius Best provides another level of humour to the already funny Incredibles 2, and Jackson has already expressed interest in a Frozone/Mr Incredible origin story.
