Melania Trump touches down in Scotland in padded jacket as Trump UK tour continues

Melania Trump, 48, looked every inch the country squire as she touched down in Glasgow airport with husband Donald Trump, 72, tonight.

The couple are continuing their UK tour with a weekend in Scotland, before heading on to Finland next week.

First Lady Melania wore a racing green padded jacket, £425, Burberry and beige cropped trousers which clung to her model figure.

The mum-of-one paired this with a small brown leather Birkin handbag by Hermes. The highly exclusive bags have a long waiting list, and are known to cost from £10,000.

Despite the more casual feel of her outfit, Melania still wore her favourite shoes – sky-high brown snakeskin stiletto courts.

Keeping her neck warm in the evening chill, Melania wore a white and gold printed scarf.

A pair of large tortoiseshell sunglasses kept her eyes protected from the setting sun.

Her hair had been taken out of its earlier updo, and sat loosely over her shoulders.

Melania did not, however, appear to have refreshed her makeup, with her pink lipstick still visible.

Donald, meanwhile, had not changed outfits, and was still wearing his blue suit and red and blue stripe tie.

Melania’s outfit marks a quick change for the First Lady, who just hours ago looked refined in a couture Dior skirt suit to meet the Queen.

The former model towered over Her Majesty in the white skirt suit and killer heels.

Melania wore a white jacket with an unusual high neck collar which was belted at the waist with a skinny black leather belt.

A matching white pencil skirt, which fell below her knees, completed the look.

As usual, Melania added inches to her frame in a pair of nude stilettos.

Last night Melania stunned in a buttercup yellow J Mendel gown for a dinner reception at Blenheim Palace.

Melania’s gown was perfect for a night at a Palace, and the dress featured yards of yellow chiffon.

A criss-cross design came off her shoulders, with a cape hanging from the back of the dress. A pair of court shoes in matching yellow could be seen peeping out underneath the hem of her gown.

Melania wore her hair in a sweeping side-parting, curled loosely and hanging over her shoulders.

Her huge diamond engagement ring coud be seen sparkling on her finger, but she chose to forgo all other jewellery for her first night out in the UK.
