Queen Letizia glows in white dress and wedges as Spanish royals enjoy summer in Mallorca

Queen Letizia, 45, wore classic summer white as she posed for the pictures, with the shade complimenting her glowing tan.

Mum-of-two Letizia joined her husband King Felipe, 50, and their daughters Leonor, 12, and Sofia, 11, for their trip to Mallorca.

She wore a white sleeveless BOSS dress which had a broderie anglaise overlay and white lining. The dress is currently on sale for £229.

The dress had a nipped in waist and A line skirt, flattering Letizia’s trim figure.

Keeping the rest of the look simple, she paired it with a sandy beige clutch Carolina Herrera bag, £410, and a pair of Mint and Rose wedge sandals with ankle-tie straps, £86.

A pair of starfish shaped earrings completed the look.

Reflecting the relaxed nature of the visit, Letizia wore her hair straight down over her shoulders, leaving a slight wave running through it.

She kept her makeup simple, opting for a brown smoky eye and pink lipstick.

King Felipe looked casual in a pair of jeans and a blue shirt which he wore open at the collar.

The couple colour-matched with their children, with one of the daughters in a blue Zara dress and the other in a white Massimo Dutti dress.

White is a favourite colour over the summer months for Letizia, and she has been seen out recently in white dresses several times.

Last week, she looked chic in a black and white polka dot dress with a 50s feel.

The dress showed off her shoulders and came in at the waist, showing off Letizia’s slim figure.

Coming just below the knees, the skirt of the dress swung as Letizia walked along.

She paired the dress with a pair of nude pointed-toe mules which had a clear thick strap across the front.

The day before that, Letizia joined her husband at the Delivery of Royal Offices in the Central Academy of Defense in Madrid, Spain – and again she wore white.

She donned an A line dress with a belted sleeveless waistcoat over the top.

The waistcoat featured gold hardware detailing, and was reminiscent of something very similar worn by Meghan Markle had worn just before Letizia stepped out.

Letizia paired her fashion forward outfit with a pair of black sunglasses with graduated lenses to protect her eyes from the sun.

A pair of gold leaf drop earrings matched the gold details on her waistcoat.
