Queen Letizia wears daring trousers for night out in Mallorca after spat with Queen Sofia

Queen Letizia is the stunning Spanish royal known for her fashion-forward dress sense and edgy style.

The 45-year-old made no exception last night in Mallorca, where she was spotted on a family night out on the sunny Balearic Island.

The Spanish royal was enjoying a night out with her husband King Felipe during their annual holiday. 

The royal couple were also joined by their daughters, Princess Leonor and Sofia.

Letizia was also joined by Queen Sofia of Spain, King Felipe’s mother, who she has recently been reported to have had tensions with. 

Queen Letitia and Queen Sophia appeared to be embroiled in a spat earlier this year.

A video of Queen Letizia and Queen Sofia having a heated moment caused shock when it went viral.

However, things seemed to have calmed down in Mallorca last night, as the family looked relaxed and in good spirits.

Channeling the laid-back mood, Letizia wore a silky white, loose-fitting blouse.

The blouse was sleeveless and showed off her long, tanned arms, even more glowing after spending time in the Mallorcan sun.

Keeping her look monochrome she matched the elegant blouse with a stylish pair of black and white striped trousers.

Wide-legged and silky, the trousers were slightly sheer, perfect for the hot Spanish evening.

On her feet she wore pair of black, espadrille wedge heels, adding a more dressed down feel to the outfit.

The mother-of-two kept her hair and makeup simple, wearing her glossy brunette locks loose and down and just a hint of mascara and lipstick

Her only accessory was a white, leather clutch bag draped over her shoulder.

The family were also joined by Queen Sofia’s sister Princess Irene of Greece and Denmark and King Felipe’s sister Infanta Elena.

On Friday, Letizia was spotted wearing a very different look, a bright orange fitted vest and stunning floral skirt.

She was accompanied by her husband King Felipe VI and mother-in-law as she chaired a reception of representatives of all sectors of Balearic Islands society.

The event took places at Almudaina Palace in Mallorca, Spain, and the former journalist stood out in the sleeveless, bright orange top.

Her sculpted arms were on show, but the top’s polo neck helped keep her look sophisticated.
