Ant-Man and the Wasp TWO after credit scenes REVEALED: End credits Avengers horror
Ant-Man and the Wasp has finally arrived in cinemas.
UK fans should be warned that it is still another four weeks before they can catch up with Scott Lang, Hope and Hank Pym.
The director Peyton Reed has already clearly stated that his movies stand a little to the side of the main Marvel franchise but there is still one major connection to the Infinity War storyline at the every end.
Early screenings had teased that one of the end credit scenes was huge, and now we know exactly what happened.
WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT
Fans already expected Ant-Man 2 to have important repercussions for Avengers 4. Its exploration of the Pym Particles and the way they grant access to the Quantum Realm will almost certainly lead into how the remaining Avengers will try and reverse The Snap.
Most of the film, as has been widely reported, maintains the upbeat tone and family feel of the first film, but the final minutes pack a big punch.
Unfortunately, one of the end credit scenes is far more devastating and reveals three major deaths.

LAST CHANCE TO AVOID WHO DIES IN ANT-MAN AND THE WASP:
The end credit scene shows Scott Lang exploring the Quantum Realm. It suddenly becomes clear that this is happening at exactly the same time as the Battle of Wakanda from Infinity War.
When he returns to the lab, he finds that Hank and Hope Pym, along with the newly restored Janet Van Dyne, have all been turned to dust by Thanos implementing The Snap.
This will not be a huge shock to Marvel fans, who have already seen major losses, but it signals that the Ant-Man world is now fully in line with the broader MCU and will likely introduce a darker and more serious Scott Lang in Avengers 4.
The whole situation highlights the massive four-week gap between the releases of the movie in the US and then Europe. The official explanation was that European fans would be focussed on the football World Cup. Naturally most Marvel fans were not convinced.
With the movie on wide release today in the US, the internet will soon been filled with fan reactions. It will be virtually impossible to avoid spoilers and the entire plot is already available online.
