Aquaman DVD release date: When is Aquaman out on DVD and Blu-ray?

The official plot for DC Comics Aquaman adaptation reads: “Arthur Curry discovers that he is the true ruler to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis. “Now he must leave his old life behind to become a hero, keeping not just his underwater city at peace but the whole world. “Taking place after the events of the Justice League, Arthur must prevent an over world invasion of his underwater city. “He must keep his own people under control too, or they may decide to take the battle into their own hands and take the fight above the sea.”

When is Aquaman out on DVD?

Aquaman is still in cinemas and will not be on DVD for many months.

No Home Edition release date has been confirmed by Sony as of yet and the wait could be anywhere from three to eight months.

This makes a release date of March or April 2019 a good guess, but a guess nonetheless.

However, for fans eager to have Aquaman all to themselves (to watch again and again) you can pre-order the DVD.

Amazon, as well as sites like HMV and others, offer the DVD, Blu-ray, 3D, and 4K Ultra HD for pre-order.

There is no delivery date on Amazon or the other online retailers but consumers will likely get a notification when the date is set.

A digital purchase is also routinely available when films come out on DVD and Blu-ray editions.

How this will come to fruition for Aquaman remains to be seen.

Aquaman has yet to buck any other superhero movie trend (like the end-credit scene) so its DVD release will likely include bonus features for fans.
