Avengers 4 deaths: How is Gamora ALIVE again? Zoe Saldana just posted THIS video

How on Earth (or anywhere in the universe) are they going to pull it off?

The filmmakers left the majority of their major characters dead at the end of Infinity War but some of them have already been shown filming reshoots for Avengers 4 in Atlanta.

Now another major Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy actress has just posted an actual on set video showing her in full costume and make up. How is Gamora back and is she really the key to defeating and killing Thanos?

With Mark Ruffalo’s recent “leak” that the title of Avengers 4 is Annihilation, fans and their theories keep being turned on their heads.

Zoe Saldana posted the video on her Instagram story feed (which automatically deletes after 24 hours).

It showed her in full green make-up despite the fact that Gamora was killed by Thanos on Vormir as a sacrifice to obtain the Soul Stone.

A young Gamora was shown in the Soul Stone talking to the Mad Titan at  the end of Infinity War, fuelling theories that she was still alive in the Soul Realm.

Furthermore, the filmmakers gave a massive hint that she was the key to bringing down Thanos in Avengers 4.

In a major Infinity War feature in Empire magazine, Joe Russo said: “He (Thanos) is an incredibly difficult character to beat. He’s stronger than the Hulk. He’s more like Genghis Khan. He’s a force of nature. He has a spiritual wisdom well beyond all the other characters. He is a conqueror of worlds.

“He doesn’t have a weakness and that is what makes him so threatening.

“You have to find vulnerabilities for characters of that level of strength. Look for their emotional and physical life – that’s where we figure out how we make those characters crack.”

Thanos only has one single emotional connection, one weakness. Gamora.

If Saldana is back filming as Gamora, fans will know it is definitely for Avengers 4, since Guardians of the Galaxy is indefinitely on hold following the firing of director James Gunn.

One major theory suggest that much of Avengers 4 will feature flashbacks, time travel or alternate dimensions as teh surviving Avengers try to rewrite the past to reboot the present. 

This means Gamora might only be shown in the past, especially since her character was one of the few killed by Thanos before The Snap, so even if that cataclysmic event is somehow reversed or negated, her death may not be.

Alive or dead, in the past or the present, one thing is sure – Gamora remains at the heart (literally) of Thanos’ storyline and will play a major role in the final film of the MCU Phase 3.
