Avengers 4: Hulk for THIS ‘disturbing’ plot after Infinity War and Thor Ragnarok?

The character, played by Mark Ruffalo, has been the subject of a big discussion on the Marvel Studios page on Reddit, thanks to an observation about last year’s Thor: Ragnarok.

User AthleticNerd_ wrote, in a post that has had almost 1700 Upvotes: “Thor Ragnarock casually glossed over the fact that Hulk spent 2 years murdering people for sport.

“This kinda disturbed me.”

Amidst the subsequent discussion was a good point by user DJXcjxy6, who said: “I’m not sure Banner ever got completely filled in by Thor about what happened. He might not know the extent of Hulk’s killing.”

Im_Wearing_A_Towel suggested those scenes could still be ahead.

“I’m hoping that part of the A4 movie goes into this,” they wrote.

“Banner and Hulk have stuff to work out and need to have a monologue so maybe this’ll come up.

“Hulk might be a big green rage-monster, but he has feelings. Maybe he’s ashamed of what he did for those 2 years.”

Indeed, Banner is one of the few Marvel favourites still standing after that shocking end to Infinity War – so will Hulk’s time on Sakaar in Thor: Ragnarok be revealed to have something to do with his inability to transform back into the Hulk?

Until we get an answer there, a bigger talking point will continue to be the deaths of multiple favourites at the hands of Thanos – deaths that directors Joe and Anthony Russo have warned aren’t as reversible as fans are assuming.

They insisted that news of more Spider-Man and Guardians Of The Galaxy sequels doesn’t necessarily means their protagonists will be coming back to life in Avengers 4.

“Here’s the thing, I think it’s important to remember anything is possible in the MCU [Marvel Cinematic Universe],” Anthony Russo told Huffington Post.

“Just because there’s a sequel on the books doesn’t mean… people become accustomed to time moving linearly in the MCU. That doesn’t necessarily have to be the case.

“There’s a lot of very inventive ways of where the story can go from here.”
