Avengers 4 leaks: Trailer release date is 'TWO weeks' from today?

Speculationa nd anticipation are both reaching fever pitch for teh upcoming trailer.

Everyone knows Kevin Feige promise it would come “towards the end of the year” and there is less and less year left.

The first Infinity War trailer debuted on November 29 2017 and a similar date is likely for the sequel.

However a recent rumour claimed that it woud be released on November 2 with the global arrival of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Is this really true?

Various media and fan outlets have already shot down the theory saying it is still far too early. 

It is also not a particularly good fit audience or tone-wise. The new Nutcracker movie may be exploring themes of family and berayal, but it is still galaxies away from the traumatic tone and events of Avengers 3 and 4.

This was followed by a new report by Youtuber Warstu that the Avengers 4 trailer would actually be attached to the next major Disney release, Ralph Wrecks the Internet, which arrives in the US on November 21 and the UK on November 30.

This timing makes much more sense.

However both date theories miss one major point.

Trailers no longer debut in the cinema. They are now focussed on social media platforms and usually debut on a major US TV show and simultaneously drop online.

This is not to say that film release dates don’t also play a role in the scheduling. It still makes perfect sense to drop a trailer that can then also accompany a relevant major movie on the big screen to continue building the hype.

Assuming the trailer will be paired with the Wreck It Ralph sequel, how many days before the movie will it drop?

Redditor AttyFireWood analised the patterns of recent Marvel movie and trailer scheduling and posted the following theory: “The Captain Marvel trailer was shown 171 days before release. The Super Bowl is 89 days before A4. 171 days before A4 release is November 13.

“Do we get the name before the teaser?”

This also brings up the valid point that Marvel will also certainly release the title of Avengers 4 shortly before the first teaser trailer.

Expect a domino effect of teasers for the announcements, followed by the title and then the trailer throughout November.
