Avengers 4: Robert Downey Jr had six pumpkins for each Infinity Stone this Halloween

The 53-year-old star only has one more Marvel movie to go as Iron Man in next year’s Avengers 4.

Having lost the Infinity War with Thanos this year Iron Man is in a very tight spot.

Nevertheless, the actor couldn’t let Halloween pass without a reference to six Infinity Stones currently residing in Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet.

Posting on Twitter, it turns out Downey Jr has a jack-o’-lantern pumpkin for each Infinity Gem.

Downey Jr tweeted: “Are they still Infinity Stones if they get thrown out the day after Halloween?”

In the snap are six pumpkins; each the colour of an Infinity Stone with a carving symbol of their containers in the MCU.

The blue Mind Stone one is in the shape of the Tesseract, while the green Time Stone pumpkin sports Doctor Strange’s Eye of Agamotto.

Meanwhile, the red Reality Stone jack-o’-lantern appears to be the container used by the Warriors Three to transport the gem to The Collector on Knowhere in Thor The Dark World.

Next up is the purple Power Stone represented by the Orb and a yellow one for Loki’s staff, which once contained the Mind Stone.

Last, and certainly not least, is the orange pumpkin for the Soul Stone.

However, this gem didn’t have a container so it’s represented by the Red Skull’s face.

After all, the Captain America villain was revealed as Vormir’s keeper of the gem in Avengers Infinity War.
