Avengers 4: Spider-Man Far From Home FIRST official poster REVEALED
The Avengers sequel isn’t released until July 2019 and filming is still underway across mainland Europe.
While we’re unlikely to see a trailer before the New Year, a teaser poster has be displayed.
Spotted by Instagram user Dirtees at the Brand Licensing Europe 2018 expo in London, the poster shows Spider-Man hanging on a wall and getting ready to release his web.
The image also included the Marvel Spider-Man Far From Home logo and the tagline: “Summer 2019”.
The Instagram user notes: “Spider-Man might be a mock-up if a picture from Homecoming like what happened with the first promotional images of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom last year.”
Sadly the poster doesn’t reveal anything new for Spider-Man Far From Home.
Nevertheless, it’s hardly surprising since Peter Parker died in Thanos’ Snap at the conclusion of Avengers Infinity War.
Of course this will somehow be reversed in Avengers 4 next year, but how exactly this will be achieved remains a mystery.
Yesterday alleged concert art of Scorpion in Spider-Man Far From Home leaked. Michael Mando’s Mac Gargan appeared in Spider-Man Homecoming and is rumoured to return for the sequel.
Posted by Marvel News India, the costume is green with a long Scorpion’s tail and foot blades.
Apart from looking quite faithful to the comics, the style is reminiscent of Corey Stoll’s Yellowjacket villain in the first Ant-Man movie.
Last month an eagle-eyed Marvel fan spotted a Sinister Six Easter Egg in the Spider-Man Homecoming mid-credits scene.
Reddit user xPandoom123x posted a picture from the first shot highlighting a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment.
Literally, as the scene begins six birds fly over the prison ceiling window, which Michael Keaton’s Vulture notices just before meeting Scorpion.
The Reddit user writes: “In the mid-credit scene for Spider-Man: Homecoming, many of you may notice that everything that takes place is a set up for the Sinister Six in the future.”
Spider-Man Far From Home is released in UK cinemas in July 2019.
