Avengers 4 TRAILER release date update: ‘Don’t get too hyped for this week, now DOUBTFUL’

With Artemis Fowl’s trailer being released by Disney this morning it now looks all clear for the first Avengers 4 trailer.

The Russo Brothers are taking part in a Q&A screening of Marvel‘s Avengers Infinity War tomorrow evening in Hollywood, so speculation is rife that it’s just around the corner.

However, now Annihilation title leaker, MCU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad, is having doubts the Avengers 4 trailer will arrive this week at all.

Yesterday he tweeted: “Don’t get too hyped up for an Avengers 4 trailer this week.”

Conrad added: “If it happens, that’s great, but as of right now (Monday afternoon) it’s starting to sound doubtful. 

“Fingers crossed that things change and they surprise everyone.”

Nevertheless, the blogger and movie trailer expert Anton Volkov both agree it could arrive anytime between Wednesday and December 4 since the first Avengers 4 prelude comic is released on December 5.

Presumably, the title will be printed on that comic book cover, something Volkov is 99% sure of.

Volkov tweeted: “I[n] M[y] O[pinion], between Wednesday and December 4. No later than the Dec 5 prelude release date.”

Conrad replied: “I completely agree.”

Volkov has also highlighted what could happen tomorrow with the Russo Brothers screening in mind.

He said: “The screening won’t be the marketing kickoff. At most, they will tease the trailer release date/title.”

He added: “Or ideally, trailer drops online Wednesday morning and they can discuss A4 for the first time in an interview setting at the screening.

“Plus this means it’s all ready to go in time to show with the first international screenings of Mortal Engines (out Dec 8 in UK and New Zealand). 

“They’ll want it, no doubt, in front of all the big December films globally.”

Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on April 26, 2019.
