Avengers Endgame directors reveal EXCITING news: The Russos are VERY happy about this

It’s hard to see how fans could get any more excited at this stage. However, it is good to remember that the incredible Russos are also still able to geek out and have a moment, too. As the biggest film in Marvel history (and potentially modern cinema) looms ever closer, the dynamic directing duo are busy putting the finishing touches to the final movie in the MCU Phase Three. They just revealed that one major component is now locked in.

Joe and Anthony posted a happy picture of them standing with Marvel boss and another important figure.

Alan Silvestri is the composer responsible for the iconic Avengers theme and the soundtracks to Infinity War and the first Avengers and Captain America movies. Not only that, he is the man who scored all three Back To The Future Movies, Forrest Gump and Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

He has also been working on Avengers Endgame and the Russos can’t contain their excitement at what he has created to bring the saga home.

The Russos tweeted: “One of the greatest highlights of our career was getting to work with Alan Silvestri. The Endgame score is complete…”

As has been previously revealed, this confirms the film itself is also a lock, since a soundtrack can’t be finished until the film has had its final cut. There may still be some SFX finishing touches to do, but it looks like Endgame really has entered its end game. And now we’re getting ridiculously excited all over again.

So, how long is the final cut and when will tickets go on sale?

The Russo have confirmed the film will be at least three hours long but some reports have claimed it could be up to 195 minutes.

Cinema chains in the US have started sending out teasers to fans advising them to watch out for text alerts, but UK fans will have to keep scouring press and online sites for announcements and updates.
