Avengers Endgame end credits scenes CUT from world premiere? Film finished BEFORE very end

Last night the Avengers Endgame world premiere took place in Los Angeles. Stars from the last decade of MCU movies attended, alongside some lucky critics. Usually, when a new Marvel movie lands, the number of end credits scenes is shared online, but this time they just don’t know. According to ComicBook.com’s Brandon Davis, Avengers Endgame’s end credits were cut short to make way for a cast speech.

He tweeted: “For those asking, I don’t know if Avengers Endgame has a post-credits scene. 

“They cut the credits for a cast speech, so there may be one for release. Stay seated.”

MCU movies most often have a mid-credits and a post-credits scene, so hopefully, there will be at least one when Avengers Endgame hits UK cinemas on Thursday.

Even though the new movie is said to be full of spoilers, perhaps the very last footage of the film is too spoilery to risk not getting leaked before general release.

AVENGERS ENDGAME FIRST REACTIONS

No doubt, if there is one or two, they will tease the new direction of the MCU going forwards.

Perhaps we’ll have a hint of the X-Men or Fantastic Four now that Disney have bought the rights to Fox?

However, this may be too soon since the acquisition of the studio and its properties only went through a few weeks ago. 

Although, maybe a deal was struck as with Sony for the use of Spider-Man.

CRITICS IN TEARS AFTER AVENGERS ENDGAME

Meanwhile, Davis was very positive in his first reaction to Avengers Endgame.

He tweeted: “#AvengersEndgame is an astonishing, amazing film. I’ve never seen anything like it. This movie is everything I wanted to be and SO much more. Amazing. While watching #AvengersEndgame, I laughed so loud, I clapped with so much force, and I cried so hard. The movie exceeds every expectation and is the perfect culmination of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“I just can’t remember a cinematic experience like the one I just had with #AvengersEndgame. Simply blown away. I feel like that movie was made for every Marvel fan, everywhere.”

Avengers Endgame is released in UK cinemas on Thursday.
