Avengers Endgame trailer SPOILER: Is Scott Lang carrying THIS from Ant-Man and the Wasp?

Last week’s Avengers Endgame trailer hit the internet and was viewed 268 million times in its first 24 hours. The teaser is second place to the first teaser from December, which was seen a record-breaking 289 million times. Now while the latest footage didn’t reveal much about the plot of Avengers Endgame, Marvel fans have been going over it with a fine tooth comb to see if they missed anything. And one fan has spotted that Scott Lang is carrying something very important.

In the first shot of Ant-Man, we see Scott discovering the post-Snap world for the first time.

But in the Instagram version of the trailer – which is taller like the IMAX format it was filmed in – QuidVacuo has noticed that Scott is wheeling a suitcase.

What else could that be other than Hank Pym’s shrunken lab building, as seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp?

So what does this mean for Avengers Endgame?

Well, fans will remember the first Avengers Endgame teaser saw Scott Lang arriving outside Avengers HQ with a van.

This is the same vehicle seen in the Ant-Man and the Wasp mid-credits scene, that Scott used to enter (and get stuck in) the Quantum Realm.

Presumably, the roof of the building that he, the van and the Pym family were on is that of the shrinkable lab building.

Having escaped the Quantum Realm – as we see in the Endgame trailers – it looks like Scott has all the resources the Avengers need to enter the dimension. But why is this relevant?
