BAFTA TV Awards in pictures: The best and worst dressed on the red carpet
The British Academy Television Awards were held on Sunday night at The Royal Festival Hall in London.
The UK’s best dressed celebrities and stars of the small screen donned colourful gowns to walk the red carpet in the afternoon sunshine.
Westworld star Thandie Newton, Love Island presenter Caroline Flack and Marcella’s Anna Friel all wowed at the event.
Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, 47, made sure all eyes where on her in a stunning bright pink gown. She was joined on the red carpet with her 12-year-old daughter Alexa.
Vanessa Kirby, 30, who plays Princess Margaret in The Crown, dazzled in a sequinned gown and went on to win the Best Supporting actress BAFTA for her role.
Call The Midwife star Helen George, 33, showed off her post-baby body in a beautiful pink ruffled column dress. The new mum, who plays nurse Trixie in the BBC drama, gave birth to her first child with co-star Jack Ashton in September, 2017.
Michelle Keegan, 30, stole the show in a lovely lemon strapless dress. The Our Girl star was all smiles as she posed on the red carpet.
