Death on the Nile: Who plays Poirot in Death on the Nile? When is new movie out?

In more modern times, a new Death of the Nile is coming to the big screen – this time a follow up to Kenneth Branagh’s 2017 film Murder on the Orient Express.

In this version, Branagh himself will be playing the detective, though his portrayal gained some derision in the first film.

Similarly to the 1978 version, this will have an all-star cast, with Gal Gabot, Letitia Wright, Armie Hammer, Annette Bening, Sophie Okonedo, Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders among the big names.

The film is expected to be released in cinemas on October 9, 2020, however, things are likely to change given the number of cinematic releases postponed over the coronavirus.
