Home Alone: Macaulay Culkin reenacts booby trap montage from classic Christmas movie WATCH

The now 38-year-old former child star is best known for Christmas movies Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. But did you know the movies spawned countless video game tie-ins? Culkin has taken part in a new video with YouTube’s Angry Video Game Nerd. Dressed as a pizza delivery guy, the Kevin McCallister actor sit down to review the awful Home Alone video games with him.

But at the end of the video, the pair decide to take out their anger at the bad video games by setting up Home Alone booby traps.

From setting up the toy cars for slipping over to the swinging paint can – it’s clear Culkin’s still got the mischief in him.

Then, in a surreal montage the Home Alone video game cartridges “walk” through the traps and get their just deserts for being cynical cash-ins.

Earlier this year Culkin revealed the real creepy reason he can’t watch Home Alone anymore.

Appearing on Ellen, Culkin said: “It’s background radiation at Christmas time.

“I’ve had people who want to sit down and watch it with me, which is like both flattering and creepy.

“When I’m watching it I’m remembering ‘that’ day on set…I can’t watch it the same way other people do.”

Ellen also asked Culkin about him being continually asked by fans to do the famous Home Alone hands-to-face gasp.

Asking him what he says to fans who make the request, Culkin revealed he doesn’t do it for them.

He said: “It’s like, ‘No. I’ve already been there, done that already. I’m 37 now okay.’”

Allegedly Culkin earned $100,000 for Home Alone, and $1 million for his role in My Girl. 

Then he went on to earn $4.5 million for Home Alone 2: Lost In New York, then $8 million for Getting Even With Dad and the same sum for Richie Rich.
