James Bond 25: Did Spectre villain Dave Bautista just CONFIRM his return?

The wrestler has followed Dwayne Johnson and John Cena into the world of Hollywood blockbusters in recent years.

Having starred as Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy and its follow-up, Dave is set to return in Avengers Infinity War next week.

But he’s also shown his acting talents off in Blade Runner 2049 and as Bond villain Mr Hinx in 2015’s Spectre.

The latter film saw him in a scrap with Craig’s 007 on a Moroccan train.

The Blofeld henchman is tied to some barrels before being yanked off the speeding locomotive.

Hinx was assumed dead, but this wouldn’t be the first time a muscly henchman has defied death. After all, Jaws returned in Moonraker.

And now Baustisa has shared a photo on his Instagram of his Spectre tattoo on his right middle finger.

Could this be a hint that he’ll be back as Hinx in Bond 25?

After all, it would make sense for Christoph Waltz’s Blofeld to make a comeback too, seeing as he was captured in Spectre and Craig now has just one more 007 film left.

Last year sources claimed Bond 25’s script was a remake of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, and titled Shatterhand.

Presumably Craig’s MI6 agent would have married Madeleine Swann, only for an escaped Blofeld to murder her – perhaps via Hinx – and then sees Bond go on a revenge mission.

If the claim is true, it’s very likely this was Neal Purvis and Robert Wade’s Bond 25 script, which appears to have been put aside for Danny Boyle and screenwriter John Hodge’s plans.

Boyle is set to direct Bond 25, having revealed he’s working on the project.

However Eon productions are yet to officially confirm him.

James Bond 25 is set for release in November 2019.
