James Bond 25 shock reveal: Daniel Craig's OO7 'has QUIT'

After yesterday’s teaser, Bond 25 finally unleashed the top-secret details fans have been waiting for. It was widely expected to be broadcast live from Jamaica after Craig was rumoured to be on the island. Fans wanted to know two major details. Is the title Eclipse? Is Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek the main villain? Fans finally received some answers today.

The event was streamed live from Ian Fleming’s house Goldeneye on Jamaica. Director Carey Fukanay and Bond producer Barbara Broccoli.

Ralph Fiennes is back as M, with Naomi Harris as Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as Q and Lea Seydoux Bond’s love interest Madeleine Swann. Based on the previous fate of women who fall for Bond, her days may be numbered.

But the film opens with James Bond no longer working for MI5.

Barbara Broccoli revealed: “Bond is not on active service when we start the film. He is enjoying himself in Jamaica. He starts his journey here. We’ve built a house for him. We’ve got quite a ride in store for him.”
