James Bond: Pierce Brosnan reveals Daniel Craig NERVES of taking on 007 'Snap out of it!'

Craig was cast as Bond in 2005 for Casino Royale, three years after Brosnan’s fourth and final Bond movie Die Another Day was released.

But having been offered the part, the incumbent 007 was reluctant to take on such a career-defining and life-changing role.

However, Brosnan has revealed how he encouraged the young actor to replace him.

In the live stream, he said: “We did pass in the night Daniel and I, when my day was done.”
